Description
The full cab enclosure for a hard windshield consists of door panels, a back panel, and a soft top that can be installed with any hard windshield. The full cab enclosure for a hard windshield is made of 100% polyester marine grade fabric specifically made for rugged environments. This tough water repellent fabric is extra durable with high tensile strength, heat resistance, and long-lasting color.
Materials:
Onyx Black: Our Doors, Tops and Back Panels are anything but soft. They are made of heavy-duty 100% woven polyester fabric 1000 denier thickness with acrylic coating on both sides. Our fabrics are characterized by excellent strength, durability, tear and abrasion resistance, dimensional stability, and UV and mildew resistance. Providing protection from sun, rain, wind, and snow, our Cab offers economical side protection in all seasons. This is part of our modular all-season enclosure for your side-by-side. Combine the back panel with our doors, top, and windshield for total protection and then remove them panel by panel when the seasons change!
1000 denier refers to the relative weight of the fabric for the specific length. It does not get better than 1000 denier.
Woven polyester marine fabric is woven into a tight weave of fibers the given denier (1000)
The acrylic coating is waterproofing the material. The coating on the outside is good, but on both sides, you get maximum protection.
Mossy Oak New Break-Up: As above but with 100% woven polyester fabric 600 denier thickness with acrylic coating on one side.
Onyx Black is the default color so please message me after ordering to let me know you want the Mossy Oak New Break-Up color and I will contact you back to confirm.

Windows are made from 30-gauge double-polished smoked vinyl. The vinyl windows are UV treated and built for the outdoors. Our vinyl windows are very durable, flexible, and waterproof with a cold crack rating of -40F.
Doors open and close using the strongest zippers in the industry made by YKK. YKK zippers are made using state-of-the-art techniques that offer cross-wise strength that’s unmatched in the industry.
High tenacity, heat resistant, continuous multifilament polyester yarns make up the marine sewing thread used throughout construction.
All other raw materials including webbing, binding, and hook and loop are heavy-duty.
Designed and proudly made in the USA.
Comes with everything needed for installation, including self-adhesive hook (Velcro), care and installation instructions.
